The BOLD diaries - Day 12𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸.Our first week in Buffalo is over.We got some great advice from people who don’t teach theory. So last week was the Founders Festival - which is a festival that aspiring entrepreneurs together. As part of this, I offered free coaching sessions to a lucky few as a way to give back. Here are my key takeaways from this experience:1️⃣Awareness and clarity are a superpowersThe people I was supporting were already very aware. To be honest I was super impressed. I definitely wasn’t so conscious at such a young age :) That being said though, there were moments when an increase in clarity and awareness just unlocked the other person.2️⃣Time to reflect allows your superpowers to growFounders and aspiring founders can be very busy. Wanting to execute constantly. However, sometimes we can get overwhelmed we can’t see the woods for the trees. Give yourself some permission to reflect as you will see things more clearly and enhance your awareness3️⃣Desire and goodnessI saw such desire and goodness in the founders and their ideas. Honestly, it was truly humbling and inspiring to see that there is such a drive to make an impactIn summary, there is a bright future ahead and I am blessed to be able to support.
