The 2023 Honda CR-V is truly the best redesign of all time! I have owned several CR-V’s and this one is by far the best. I am leasing the Sport Touring model which is a hybrid (white exterior - purchased time! I have owned several CR-V’s and this one is by far the best. I am leasing the Sport Touring model which is a hybrid (white exterior - purchased late February 2023). This is my 2nd Touring model, and prior to that leased EX-L’s. I prefer the comforts of the Touring as I do a lot of driving for work. There are so many features to enjoy in this vehicle, but for me the below are my favorites:•Gas mileage is great due to hybrid engine•Power to accelerate is much improved from previous models•Hand warmer is fantastic in the winter•Bright lights have auto on/off so no need to manually switchI worked with Dan Aristizabal at Gerald Honda of Countryside. The car buying experience for me is always difficult and Dan did everything in his power to help ease my mind. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. In fact, the entire dealership was the best I have ever done business with. I highly recommend you check them out and ask for Dan A. to help you out. Why do I say this you ask? Well, I had only 2 weeks left on my Honda lease, and they secured the vehicle of my choice (within a week) at a time when it was extremely difficult to find these specific vehicles. My positive experience started with a phone call. I was nicely greeted by the receptionist and then forwarded to a sales representative (Edgar), who directly and professionally answered my questions. I then met with him the same day to look at the car that interested me. He answered all my questions, we test drove the car, he gave me as much time/privacy as I needed to think, was very respectful during the purchase process, explained it, and finally prepared my vehicle to take home (showing me many of its special features and how to use them). The entire car shopping experience was very straightforward, smooth, and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you! More

I came in to the dealership to trade in my old car for a new one. I have always been a fan of Honda. I had an appointment with Ed, however, he was busy with some clients. He was however kind enough to talk new one. I have always been a fan of Honda. I had an appointment with Ed, however, he was busy with some clients. He was however kind enough to talk to another sales person named Kirk. Kirk helped through lot of the initial stages and helped with the many options in front of me. He was patient enough to accommodate all of my questions and sometime provided with alternatives. By the end of the discussion, I was less confused in my choices than when I first entered the dealership. The choices put forth were very clear and I was able to make a call as soon as possible. Once finalized my decision, I worked with Ed to get my papers sorted and he was very helpful. He made the rest of the purchasing a more easier job. Thanks to Kirk and Ed, i was able to purchase the new car with as little hassle as possible. More
